Emmanuel Graham
Emmanuel Graham is a Natural Resource Governance Consultant and also currently a PhD student at York University in Canada, where he is researching the political economy of the extractive sector and energy politics in West Africa. He analyses the role of civil society in escaping the resource curse in Ghana, and how oil exploration and production in sub-Saharan Africa can serve development instead of hinder it. Emmanuel was the Extractive Governance Policy Advisor consultant at the Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP).
